1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and playing LourdinRPG ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Game is owned and operated by FMLY Consulting, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and play LourdinRPG. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Game, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Game Content and Intellectual Property

All content within LourdinRPG, including but not limited to graphics, text, code, characters, items, spells, and game mechanics, are the property of FMLY Consulting, LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and play the Game for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Game for any illegal purposes
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Harass, threaten, or harm other players
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the Game
• Share your account with others
• Engage in real-money trading of in-game items or currency

6. Virtual Items and Currency

Any virtual items, currency, or characters obtained in the Game have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money or goods outside the Game. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or adjust any virtual items or currency at our discretion.

7. Game Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Game at any time without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to game mechanics, character abilities, items, and availability of the Game itself.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also request to delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FMLY CONSULTING, LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FMLY CONSULTING, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE GAME.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Game. Your continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
